Code of Abs is a 30-day, no-equipment program designed to make your core stronger through simple, repeatable training. Most days use an easy-to-follow circuit you can do anywhere, and the program includes three levels so you can increase the workload without changing the workout. It’s the kind of plan that’s straightforward on day one, then steadily becomes a satisfying consistency challenge as you build momentum.
Over the month you will train what your core is meant to do: hold you steady, protect your spine, and help you move with control. You will work endurance for the front of your midsection, build lower-ab and hip control, and progress through plenty of plank-based work to improve bracing. Obliques get attention too, with rotation and anti-rotation moves that help you feel more stable in everyday movement and training.
This program is for anyone who wants a firmer, more capable midsection and better posture without long workouts or equipment. Start at Level I if you’re new or getting back into training, then move up as you feel stronger. After 30 days, expect better plank control, stronger deep stabilizers, improved core stamina, and more “connected” strength in full-body moves. Visible definition depends on nutrition and body-fat levels, but you will finish with a core that feels reliable and ready.
