Boxer Prime is a 30-day brutal fitness program based on boxers’ training and physical conditioning. Its grueling circuits are designed to push you way out of your comfort zone and mold you into a mean, lean fighting machine. This program will make you cry but it will also make you stronger, more resilient - it will teach you to endure.
It includes: speed and power days, ab workouts, stretching, agility and balance exercises, boxing techniques and unique combinations.
This is a no-equipment program but it does have optional equipment suggestions to complete the experience and reap greater benefits. Optional equipment: jump rope, punching bag, speed bag (in order of priority). Note: they are completely optional and they are not required to complete the program.
Warning: Boxer Prime is not suitable for beginners. It isn’t recommended for anyone below level III fitness level.
