The 60 Days of Cardio is a no-equipment high burn streamline program designed for body fat reduction and overall body composition improvement. It has an additional focus on abs and core and is suitable for beginners as well people with an advanced fitness level. It can be used alongside other programs as it doesn’t include push-ups or burpees.
Each day consists of a quick circuit that will take on average from 10 to 20 minutes to complete so it is suitable for people with busy schedules. To make each day easier go slower and stick with Level I (3 sets in total) or go faster and aim for level III difficulty (7 sets in total) for a heavier load and higher burn.
Some days of the programs are harder and some are designed to be easier to allow you to recover on the go without taking complete days off.
