The last day gathers one exercise from each branch of the family: high knees for the sprints, jumping jacks for the jacks, and plank shoulder taps for the floor - twenty seconds each, one final minute per set, one minute of rest, and 3, 5 or 7 sets to choose from.

Nothing new arrives on Day 30, and that is the point: this is a lap of honour run at full speed. The high knees you laddered on three separate days, the jumping jack that opened the jack family, and the shoulder taps that first taught your plank to give up a hand - each earned its place over the month, and the circuit strings them together as a one-minute summary of everything the program trained. The only variable left is how hard you run it, and by now you know exactly what your flat out looks like.

Hold every standard you have built: hip-height knees, full-range jacks with soft landings, and taps on a plank that refuses to rock. Take the drop to the floor cleanly, keep the transitions tight, and finish each set with intent. Whatever level you started this program on, today is the day to notice how much further up the card you could now go.

Thirty days, one final minute per set - finish it the way you started: flat out.

Make it Harder: Make the very last set the fastest of your entire thirty days.

Make it Easier: Take the day at Level I and slow the shoulder taps to a deliberate count.

Grateful for your promise in keeping this site accessible and free for people of all fitness levels & goals around the world. Found Darebee some time years ago and used to just save the workouts and then forget about them somewhere in my documents & to do later lists 😅 but coming back to the site this year I loved the organised/simple layout & navigation of the site with full workout video at bottom to see proper form and notes to make things easier or harder depending on your fitness/energy aswell as an extensive exercise library with joint friendly alternatives. I found it much easier to track/check off completed workouts & days on program/plan on dashboard, was more likely to remember & do it + advanced filter made it quick to find a doable workout. As a tiny way to support this site I made account and use the site exclusively for exercises now, will look to donate when I can 🙏🏽 and would recommend it to all I talk to regarding fitness. Thank you Darebee team for the great job you've all done here and keep up the good work. Blessings to you all.
