30 Days {More} of Yoga is a follow up to the original 30 Days of Yoga program. It has the same structure but the sessions are a bit longer and are more challenging. The poses in each sequence are a little bit more advanced but still beginner-friendly. The program can be done right after the original or on its own. 

Instructions: Simply follow the moves from 1 to 8 (or 1 to 12 depending on the day), switch sides and repeat the sequence and you are done for the day. Every third day of the program is dedicated to meditation. The built-in time will let you know when to change poses and when to change sides to repeat the sequence.
