    Dead hang challenge

    Hi,
    I've finished Wall Sit Challenge today, and I'm thinking to start another plan in the next days. I'm going to try to begin with Dead hang challenge, but I don't know if only consist in hold my body from the bar, or I'll have to do pull-ups during the time is setted. Can you help me do give and answer? If I'll have to do pull-ups, I'll change the challenge to negative pull-ups.

    The challenge itself requires only the time of "dead hang" asked for each day. However, you're free to add some extra exercises if you feel like it.
