Muscles trigger their adaptive response and become stronger and more capable in direct response to perceived need. The 10,000 Crunches Challenge creates the perceived need necessary, one day at a time.

You can choose to do all the crunches in one go or separate them into chunks and either do them in installments in one single training session or do them in chunks, throughout the day. The goal is to get to the total number required by the end of the day.
