Willow is a flow state, yoga-based inner and outer balance workout to help you re-center yourself and energize your body and mind. It is a full body workout that challenges your sense of balance and coordination just as it helps you improve joint stability and muscle strength. 
Extra Credit: Hold each pose for 2 minutes.
