DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
When you wish to put your brain on autopilot and let your body do some work there is nothing quite like the Wild Five workout. Repetitive enough to not need constant concentration, intense enough to challenge every major muscle group and simple enough that you can almost do in a phone booth. Add EC, forego the phone booth for slightly more expansive range of movements and you've got yourself a strong contender. 
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
