DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Some of the hardest forms of exercise we could do are found in the transition from concentric to eccentric muscle movement. The difficulty lies in that the muscles move in a different way so the exercises feel different but muscle fatigue still piles up. This also means that the adaptive response of the body kicks in. Untamed is a workout designed to make you harder to...well, tame by fatigue. Add EC. Do not be shy.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
