Turkey Run is a workout that tests your agility, joint-strength, aerobic capacity and VO2 Max. And yes, you do this at Thanksgiving, it acquires an entirely different level of meaning and usefulness. This is perfect for those days when you intend to let your hair down a little but still want to get your daily dose of activity in. EC is a must, mostly.
