DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
There are a few things you want a True Alpha workout to have: core work, upper body strength, lower body explosion, balance and a bit of an aerobic push. The True Alpha workout has all that and more, especially if you do it at Level III where endurance also comes into play.
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
