Every sport requires sports-specific skills and attributes. This is why the Triathlete Workout is so hard to do. It takes you from one mode to the next in a seamless transition that will test your body's ability to maintain blood pressure and oxygenation; which is another way of saying that it will push your cardiovascular and aerobic limits. Add EC and you're one step closer to glory.
