Step jacks keep circulation going in your… remaining tissues… while calf raise holds train you to loom menacingly over survivors. The arm holds and extensions? That’s so you can keep your arms outstretched for a really long time without them getting tired - classic zombie problem solved.
The plank arm raises are your “crawl under the barricade” practice. Stay steady, don’t sway, and don’t let your hips drop - even zombies need core stability. Go through all the sets for your level and take your up to 2-minute break to reattach any loose limbs. Great for days when you want to train but don’t feel particularly alive.
