Sweat Inc., is not a difficult workout but boy does it target tendons, core, lateral abs and satellite muscle groups (in addition to recruiting some large muscle groups) the way few other workouts do. The result is a challenging workout that lives up to the billing of its name and helps you raise the bar on your athletic performance. Plus it's accessible to practically every level of fitness.
