DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Legs need more than just strength. They need to have agility (so you need strong tendons) and stability (so you need to strengthen the muscles, tendons and ligaments that support the joints) and mobility (so muscles need to have a good range of motion) and endurance which means strong leg muscles are required. Super Legs is a workout that helps you target your legs to achieve all this.
