DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Fullbody
Type: Strength
Difficulty: level 1 of 5

Super Charge is a squat ladder with a simple, escalating premise: four squats, four squat hold punches, then ten of each, then twenty, then thirty - one continuous climb from a warm-up to a wall, done in a single run. One hundred and twenty-eight total reps, and every rung buys the next one with interest.

The ladder alternates two demands that feed on each other. The squat blocks are dynamic - full reps, quads and glutes moving through range. The squat hold punch blocks are the tax collector: your legs freeze at depth while your arms throw punches above them, converting the fatigue the squats just created into an isometric hold that refuses to release it. Then the next squat block arrives on legs that never fully stood down. The genius of the doubling structure is psychological as much as physical - four of each feels like nothing, ten feels manageable, twenty feels honest, and thirty of each arrives when your legs have already paid four installments. The charge builds precisely the way the name promises.

Keep every squat at full depth from the first block to the last - the early rungs are where good habits are cheap. In the holds, sink to parallel and stay there for the entire punch count; drifting upward one punch at a time is the classic leak, and sealing it is the workout. Rotate through your torso on the punches so your core shares the bill.

Four, ten, twenty, thirty, done. The battery does not fill slowly - it fills all at once, at the end.

Make it Harder: Climb back down the ladder after reaching thirty.

Make it Easier: Stand and shake out your legs between rungs.

I appreciate the flexibility of levels and types of workouts and the amazing amount of content being offered for free. The amount and variety of content is overwhelming to start but the filters really help narrow everything down. And if I still can't make a decision, the monthly challenges and daily movements are a great start. One of my favorite features is the video exercise library. When I'm not sure how to do a movement or exercise correctly, it's easy to find and watch a quick tutorial. (The dashboard and ability to create sorted bookmarks of favorite workouts are also very helpful)

I have always wanted to find a place that would meet me at my level wherever I am, encourage me to stay motivated, fit in my busy schedule, not require a gym membership, offer variety, be fun, help me feel like part of a team without leaving my house, and still be affordable. That has been my dream. So Darebee.com makes my dream a reality. It does all that and more. I would highly, highly recommend this site to absolutely anyone.

Yes, the workouts are awesome and I like them very much. They are easy to understand and don't require much knowledge so you can simply start working out. BUT what I think is at least as great is the design and functionality of the website. It is just so clean and well organized. I love the filter functions, they work very well and you can find exactly what you need in seconds. Also the bookmark feature is just awesome! The way you can organize the bookmarks, create different collections and sort them so efficiently is very thoughtful and way better than I have seen it on many bigger platforms. I think it is just an example where one can see that the Darebee team not only strives to create the best workouts but for excellence on every level. Tank you! You are doing an awesome job!
