Super Abs is a DAREBEE no-equipment home workout you can do to develop super-strong abs at home.
DAREBEE Workout: What it Works

Super Abs is a core circuit with a built-in stabilizer: every time you light up the abs, you immediately reinforce the hips and lower back with bridges. The workout is organized into three mini-rounds, each anchored by 20 crunches, then paired with a different abs variation (flutter kicks, leg raises, heel taps) and finished with 10 bridges. That repeating structure keeps the burn predictable but progressive: crunches hit the upper abs and teach ribcage control, the second move shifts the emphasis (lower abs and hip flexors with kicks or raises, obliques with heel taps), and bridges bring the posterior chain online so your core stays supported instead of just fried.

The transitions are what make this more than “just abs.” Moving from flexion to a leg-driven core exercise challenges your midsection to stay braced as leverage changes, then flipping into bridges restores balance by activating glutes and hamstrings and encouraging a neutral pelvis. It’s a smart way to train the front of the body without leaving the back behind, which means you can push the reps and still walk away feeling better, not crankier. Keep the crunches controlled (exhale as you lift), make the leg work smooth rather than swingy, and squeeze the bridges at the top like you’re sealing the set. Super Abs isn’t about one heroic rep, it’s about repeating clean work until your core gets the message.

Extra Credit: Do 30 crunches instead of 20.
