The numbers count in Strongman as reps build up quickly and body temperature rises. This is a difficulty Level IV workout that helps build up muscle strength and resistance to fatigue. For that you need to court it which means EC is a must in this workout. It targets the entire body and helps build up supporting muscle groups that aren't often targeted. It is a transformative workout. All you have to do is make it to the other side of it.
