DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Stronger Today is a deceptively easy-looking workout. It's a full body workout that puts quite a lot of load on the large muscle groups of the lower body without neglecting the tendons. As such it works your cardiovascular system and raises your body temperature without, however, emptying your batteries. Add EC and you have the added challenge of testing your recovery time between sets.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
