DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Upper body strength requires patience and perseverance. The Stronger Arms workout is not the hardest you could do for upper body strength, it does however provide a workout you can do any time, anywhere, with zero equipment and minimal space. It adds to the cumulative load of physical activity experienced that triggers the adaptive response in muscles and helps make you stronger. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
