Developing a strong core and abs helps you do everything better. That includes sitting, standing, walking, running and jumping. Stronger core and ab muscles help resist fatigue and they are the means through which power passes from the lower body to the upper (when punching) and the upper body to the lower body (when running, jumping or kicking). Make this a regular workout in your schedule and you will see results sooner than you think.
