DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
You're on the move, all the time. bouncing, dodging, bobbing and striking. If you find yourself behaving that way it can only mean you're doing the Striker workout designed to dynamically test your strength, speed, agility and endurance. Yes, there is a little bit of a burn there and your lungs will certainly feel the load but then again you don't want life to be easy. 
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
