Upper body strength is hard to build. It requires many different muscles groups to feel sufficient load to trigger the body's adaptive response. And it needs those muscle groups to recruit additional muscle groups and work in a both concentric and eccentric fashion in order to build up power. The Strength & Power workout does all this. It's a difficulty Level IV workout especially when done with EC but it delivers on its promise. It can, if necessary, be done twice so you do a total of six sets back-to-back.
