DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Stopgap is the workout you run to when you need a quick workout that will get your system revving, will not tire you out and will not leave your muscles feeling sore. This one will work your cardiovascular and aerobic systems, energising you in the process and it will also stretch a tad your VO2 Max, especially if you add EC. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
