Stealth Mode is a total body workout that uses a mix of isometric and isotonic exercises to work muscles and tendons that play key parts in the body's kinetic chain, thereby delivering increased power. It looks deceptively easy but it will reward your effort by a greater feeling of control over your body.  
Extra Credit: Hold each pose for 2 minutes.
