DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Spinal column health requires a good supply of blood and oxygen to the tissues around it and the supporting ligaments, plus some flexibility. Spine Mobility is a seemingly easy workout. It targets however a part of the body we use everyday and yet barely stop and think about. A strong, agile spine contributes to overall balance and mobility and a greater sense of freedom of movement.
