DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Soulbound is a yoga-based workout that uses isometric exercise principles to challenge the stability of the muscle-to-bone connection and the ability of joints to generate sustainable force at specific joint angles. The result is that it makes you stronger without exhausting your batteries. If you add EC it always gets harder. 
Extra Credit: 60 seconds each exercise.
