DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Sniper, as the name suggests, is not the kind of workout you do on a whim. Being a Level 4 workout it is designed to push the boundaries of your performance which means you are in the sweatzone from the very first set and from then on things only get hotter. Add EC on this and you also up the VO2 Max load to the point where you're gasping for breath. The benefits will soon make themselves felt however, just stay with it to the end. 
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
