DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
When you're ready to never give up Sisu is the workout to reach out to for that extra burn in every exercise. You will require a dumbbell for this and depending on what you have knocking around you can improvise to get to EC. This is a total body strength workout that literally leaves no muscle that is not worked. 
Extra Credit: Use 10lb+ (5kg+) dumbbells minimum.
