Despite it being a Level II workout Shaken, Not Stirred is a workout that's quite the challenge. Short, sharp combat moves combined with floor ab and core exercises create a workout designed to train tendons, fascia and ligaments. The result is a session that feels deceptively easy but kinda catches up with you as the workout progresses. Add EC and make it a tad harder and you've got a workout you will find yourself coming back to again and again.
