DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
When you are fighting ninjas there is no time to feel fatigue. The Seven Ninjas workout pushes you through each barrier of your physical ability with each set, raising your body's temperature as it works several muscle groups at once. This is a skill-challenge workout. The moves are complicated enough to require focus so your brain is being exercised right alongside your body. 
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
