On days when you need to run a little, blow the cobwebs, clear your head and get your legs and arms going and you simply can't get outside, the Set to Stun workout takes care of the essentials. This is as light or as heavy a cardiovascular, aerobic workout as you want to make it. Go light and do just three sets or go heavy and do the whole hog at top speed. Have a towel handy.
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
