Sentinel is a Level 4 total body strength workout. It's designed to push you into the sweat zone quickly and then keep you there as you go from one exercise to the next, working every major muscle group you have. It delivers strength, stability and an increased sense of power. Increase the push-up count for EC and you also feel the burn in your arms, shoulders and chest.
