DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Functional fitness hinges on the ability to use the body as a weapon, putting it through its paces like gravity does not matter and muscles have mass but no weight. Scythe is a workout that helps you develop just this kind of ability. Do it often and try to go to Level III each time, and if you can add EC.
