Savage Mode is a difficulty Level IV workout that will challenge your strength, test your cardiovascular system and make you sweat. It is not suitable for those just starting their fitness journey or those coming back to fitness after a long lay-off, but it is definitely a workout you need to keep on your horizon. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
