Sanctuary is a slow, deliberate stretching and mobility routine that takes you through six floor poses, each held for 30 seconds. The sequence moves from a low plank position down through a deep lunge, then to a hands-and-knees stretch, into a child's pose variation, up through a cobra, and finally into a seated forward stretch. Together they open the hips, lengthen the spine, release tension in the lower back and chest, and give your whole body a chance to breathe and reset.
There is no rushing here. Each pose does its best work when you settle into it rather than just endure it - let your breath help you relax a little deeper with every exhale. The transitions between poses are gentle and intentional, moving your body through a full range of positions that most people spend very little time in during a normal day.
Sanctuary is three minutes of quiet for your body. You probably need it more than you think.
