DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Salvager is a rep-based workout, which means form is more important than speed. The reason for paying attention to form lies in the fact that you want to recruit as many muscles as possible in the performance of each movement. It is this that, ultimately, triggers the adaptations that lead to strength building in our body.
