Martial arts combinations are never easy. They require balance, speed, precision, flexibility, tendon strength and endurance plus, in a true body & mind union, they demand complex internal modelling to be carried out by the brain. The rewards however are awesome. Beyond the feel-good factor there are tangible benefits in the way you feel and think. Ryu delivers on all of these. This is not a workout that beginners can do.
