DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Runners need good tendon strength, fascial fitness, core strength, joint flexibility, strong abs, a good aerobic and cardiovascular fitness and we haven't even exhausted the list yet. Runner is a workout that targets everything you need to be a better runner. All you have to do now is conquer it at Level III, with EC. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
