DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
When you consider that during Shoulder Taps and Plank Rotations you take up to 75% of your body's weight on your arms and shoulders you realize why Rule Breaker is such a hard workout. It seems easy but your lungs and heart will work hard and you will definitely feel the sweat. Add EC and the challenge you face only gets harder.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
