DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
When you go looking for a time-based, fast-paced, HIIT workout you find Rockstar. The aim here is to do as many reps as possible of each exercise in each time segment and then maintain that count until the very last set. Stay light on your feet by staying on the balls of your feet throughout the workout. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
