Resilient is a Darebee home fitness workout that helps you become agile, flexible and strong.
DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Abs
Type: Yoga
Difficulty: level 3 of 5

Resilient is a flow of nine held poses - planks, side planks, bird dogs, cobra and more - each one kept for a 10-count per side before moving to the next. There are no reps here, no bouncing, no momentum. Just position after position, held with intention, training your body to be quietly, stubbornly durable.

The sequence alternates load and release with real intelligence. It opens in a full plank, then progressively raises the stakes: a leg lifts, then the body turns into a raised-arm side plank. A return to plank resets the baseline before the middle section drops to all fours for tabletop and bird dog - balance work that swaps raw load for coordination. The final third descends further, through plank into cobra and a lying quad stretch, trading contraction for extension and length. Strength at the start, control in the middle, mobility at the end - resilience is precisely this combination, a body that can hold, balance and bend without complaint.

In every plank variation, keep your hips level with your shoulders and breathe steadily - a held breath is the first sign of a failing hold. In bird dog, reach long through the extended hand and heel rather than lifting them high; length beats height. In cobra, press the hips down and let the chest rise only as far as comfortable, keeping the shoulders away from the ears.

Nothing here is dramatic. Everything here lasts. That is the difference between strong and resilient.

Make it Harder: Extend every hold to a 20-count without changing anything else.

Make it Easier: Take a breath and reset between poses instead of flowing directly.

Extra Credit: Keep the plank during transitions.

I have always wanted to find a place that would meet me at my level wherever I am, encourage me to stay motivated, fit in my busy schedule, not require a gym membership, offer variety, be fun, help me feel like part of a team without leaving my house, and still be affordable. That has been my dream. So Darebee.com makes my dream a reality. It does all that and more. I would highly, highly recommend this site to absolutely anyone.

BUT what I think is at least as great is the design and functionality of the website. It is just so clean and well organized. I love the filter functions, they work very well and you can find exactly what you need in seconds. Also the bookmark feature is just awesome! The way you can organize the bookmarks, create different collections and sort them so efficiently is very thoughtful and way better than I have seen it on many bigger platforms. I think it is just an example where one can see that the Darebee team not only strives to create the best workouts but for excellence on every level. Tank you! You are doing an awesome job!

After more than a decade, and after trying countless websites and apps, it's still my number one choice for workout plans and creative exercise inspiration. Unlike other apps and sites, the full experience is available regardless of ability to pay; even when the job market has been tough, Darebee has been there with accessible, effective workouts to help keep me on track when other obstacles crop up. Whether it's a full workout, or a little challenge to supplement other routines, Darebee has ALWAYS had me covered. The wide variety of skill levels available means that I can find something, even if injured, tired, or simply out of practice. Need to work on something specific? Pick a challenge for it. Injured? Rehab workouts and exercise alternatives abound. Not sure how to use all those dumbbells you somehow acquired over the years? No problem--you can find workouts with that equipment. In conclusion: Darebee is pretty rad; an awesome, effective resource, that anybody who needs a bit of sweat and strength in their lives can appreciate. Thanks to the Darebee team for their dedication, hard work, and commitment!
