DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Extremities are important. Our arms help our body grasp and manipulate things. Our legs transport us long distances through our own means, at our command. The Regulator workout targets both these extremities to help you develop better strength and control. Add EC and feel the extra effort required. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
