DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Rebounding is a great way to increase fascial fitness. Because fascia maintains the positional stability of our internal organs, among other things, it helps increase our endurance and makes us more resistant to fatigue. Rebounding is a high impact workout that helps you achieve all that alongside the additional benefits of cardiovascular fitness, increased bone density and greater muscle thickness. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
