A Swiss Ball is a mini-gym. It combines an inherently unstable base that uses your body's weight to add extra load on specific muscle groups, depending on what you do. Quick Swiss Ball is a workout that targets virtually every muscle in the body. It takes less time than you think and if you do it at Level III with EC, it will definitely make you feel like you've earned your break afterwards.
