DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Fullbody
Type: Strength
Difficulty: level 4 of 5

Push Squat Repeat is as honest as it looks: two foundational moves, a simple ladder, and nowhere to hide. You start with a small set of push-ups and squats to groove clean reps, then the volume jumps to 10 and 10, which is where the workout starts to feel like work. That structure is sneaky-smart because it lets you build confidence first, then asks you to keep that same quality when your breathing climbs and your muscles want to rush. The transitions are pure efficiency too: floor to feet, press to legs, upper body to lower body, with your core acting as the bridge that keeps everything connected.

Then you do it again, and this is where the “repeat” earns its name. The second wave hits differently because your shoulders are already warm, your legs are already awake, and fatigue makes sloppy reps tempting. Resist that. Keep your push-ups tight with a strong plank line and controlled elbows, then stand tall for squats that stay stable through the knees and hips. The beauty of this one is the simplicity: you can measure progress by how clean the second 10-and-10 looks compared to the first. It’s a straightforward circuit that builds strength endurance, grit, and that satisfying “I did the basics really well” confidence.

Grateful for your promise in keeping this site accessible and free for people of all fitness levels & goals around the world. Found Darebee some time years ago and used to just save the workouts and then forget about them somewhere in my documents & to do later lists 😅 but coming back to the site this year I loved the organised/simple layout & navigation of the site with full workout video at bottom to see proper form and notes to make things easier or harder depending on your fitness/energy aswell as an extensive exercise library with joint friendly alternatives. I found it much easier to track/check off completed workouts & days on program/plan on dashboard, was more likely to remember & do it + advanced filter made it quick to find a doable workout. As a tiny way to support this site I made account and use the site exclusively for exercises now, will look to donate when I can 🙏🏽 and would recommend it to all I talk to regarding fitness. Thank you Darebee team for the great job you've all done here and keep up the good work. Blessings to you all.
