DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
It takes strength, speed and stamina to develop sustainable punching power and the Punch Out! workout helps you develop precisely the kind of power you need in order to have structurally better punches. This is an upper body workout, though it does recruit muscles from the entire body in order to power those punches. Add EC and test your stamina.    
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
