DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Prime is a difficulty Level IV workout that will take you into the sweat zone from the very first set and keep you there throughout. This is a total body strength and tone workout that combines isometric and isotonic exercises to load your body's cardiovascular and aerobic systems and really make you feel like you've worked. Not suitable for beginners, unfortunately, but a cool one to have on your horizon nevertheless. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
