DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
It takes more than just a can of spinach to create the kind of upper body strength that can consistently get you out of life's little problems and the Popeye workout delivers exactly what you need. This is a difficulty Level IV workout that makes it unsuitable for beginners but that doesn't mean it should slide off your radar. We all need targets to aim for.
